With our beautiful, fully fitted Citroen H van, we can move our kitchen anywhere we are needed.....albeit a slow journey!

We can serve 3 meals a day for up to 75 people from the truck, from a one day event, to a multi month long shoot. With a taste for everything from Bangkok to Lisbon, our menu is fresh, seasonal and always changing. 


Having spent time running pop ups, supper clubs and training in restaurants such as NOBU and Pignion in Tokyo, as well as kitchens in India, Elliot has amassed a wealth of knowledge and skills in the kitchen.

We put a huge amount of importance on the quality of our ingredients, using only English, grass fed beef and lamb and higher welfare chicken from a handful of trusted butchers. We use as much British veg as the seasons allow too.
